WebExcuse the print quality, I almost never use Cura. However, lowering the skin expand distance from default of 1.2mm down to 0.5mm has completely eliminated the hull line. Thanks, though I have just been playing with that setting and it appears to have no affect regardless of what it is set to, The pillars in the model still remain infilled rather than solid. WebMar 6, 2024 · The trick to printing PETG is in your slicer set Z offset to 0.2mm and turn first layer speed and acceleration well down. I currently use 15mm/s speed and 300mm/s2 acceleration.
