I read this is a common … WebApr 4, 2024 · To fix this, goto the steam folder and delete everything bht the steamapps folder and Steam.exe. then run steam. Try to run the game, it should work. It may also be caused if your using the Steam Beta, which caused a similar issue for Far Cry 4 at launch.

Borderless window didn't work properly for me in Assassin's creed unity either. : ( I did some digging around and found a way to fix the issue, at least if you're using an Nvidia card. There is an issue in that it will run at 600 fos or more, which sounds great until your card overheats. You can simply limit frames in RSS of Afterburner, because the game does not recognize Vsync. Basically they are not lying about W10.
