WebA Critical Strike build is definitely the way to go. As a primary sniper, the Gobi or Christine's rifle are probably your best options. Gobi for crits, Christine's for the suppressor. And since you're already running crits, it's my personal favorite to run Lucky as a sidearm since it crits on almost every hit for me.
