WebMar 31, 2024 · The hospital said since I am breastfeeding the poop with have a yellow color and grainy consistency like yours. Mine is almost 3 weeks old looking like that. Also making the baby’s legs do bicycle kicks helps with the gas. And gripe water. I don’t even give my baby the full dose of gripe water and it works fine on extra gassy days!
