I suspect the variability of their natural spring water numbers is due to it coming from different sources.

I assume our CG, here in Monterey Bay CA, comes from their Olancha Peak spring source. The Nestle measures out around 75-90ppm typically (and doesn't leave hard water spots on the portafilter ).
